Project Goals
Reduce developer dependency, streamline content management, modernize website design
The Challenge
Chatsworth Products’ legacy site relied heavily on developer support for routine content updates, limiting agility and delaying time-to-publish. Inconsistencies across product pages and layouts made maintenance difficult and user experience uneven. The redesign needed to deliver visual consistency, reduce overhead, and give the internal team control over content without code changes.

What We Did
Scalable Component-Based Design
We restructured the website around modular, reusable components built in Figma and aligned directly with Kontent.ai content models. This approach enabled editors to build pages independently while maintaining brand consistency.
Content Modeling & Efficiency
Collaborating closely with the CPI team, we established a structured content hierarchy and reusable modules for future expansion, reducing redundant templates and simplifying updates across product lines.
PIM System Integration
We integrated Chatsworth’s Product Information Management (PIM) system with Kontent.ai to ensure accurate, centralized data synchronization across thousands of product SKUs. This integration reduced manual data entry, improved content consistency, and created a single source of truth for product information across the site.
Project Highlights
- Faster development time through reusable CMS components
- Fewer content management issues after standardizing layouts and ratios
- Increased autonomy for CPI’s internal content and marketing teams
- Single source of truth for product data across channels
